Borimex Marketing uses the information you share to respond to inquiries, discuss a project, schedule a call, prepare a proposal, and deliver services you choose to purchase. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected] or call (737) 377-4174.

Information we collect

If you use our inquiry form, we receive your name, business name, email, phone, selected package, project message, language choice, and the time you acknowledged this notice. If you complete onboarding after payment, we also receive the service area, services, website and project goals you provide. Please do not submit passwords, payment card numbers or sensitive personal information in these forms.

A package you select is saved in your browser so the cart remembers it. We do not use this site to run advertising trackers or send marketing texts. Cloudflare Turnstile processes a verification token to reduce spam.

Bookings and payments

If you book a call, Cal.com processes the scheduling details you enter. We receive booking status and information needed to connect the booking to your inquiry. If you pay through a link we send after an agreed proposal, Stripe handles your card details. We receive payment status and transaction identifiers; our website does not collect card numbers.

Services that process information

Cloudflare hosts the website, validates form requests and stores our private lead records. HubSpot stores customer contacts, deal records and project notes. Cal.com handles appointment scheduling. Stripe processes payments. If you contact us by email, your message is also processed by the email services used by you and by our Gmail address. We use these services to run the customer process described above.

Retention and your choices

We keep records as needed to respond, deliver agreed work, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing [email protected]. Some payment or business records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons. We do not add you to a marketing campaign simply because you submitted an inquiry.

Changes

If our tools or practices change, we will update this notice and its date. The terms of a purchased service, including payment and cancellation, are set out in the written proposal provided before a deposit link.
